The IT service provider Inform GmbH took over the Salzburg IT company GR-Systems OG at the end of 2024. Through the purchase, the Viennese company plans to further expand its market presence in western Austria in the future.

Having specialized in IT services for many years, GR-Systems has previously been considered a reliable partner for the catering and hotel industry.  inform takes over the GR-Systems customer base and an experienced technical staff who will be integrated into the nationwide customer service. This is intended to make additional products and services available and to ensure a seamless continuation of the proven service quality for local customers. The address in St. Johann im Pongau near Hallein remains as an operational base in order to be able to continue to process regional concerns that are recorded and dispatched via the inform headquarters quickly and reliably.
