On June 12, 2025, we once again hosted an Open House – our summer edition-style IT in-house exhibition. Numerous guests took the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in POS technologies and self-service automation.

The focus was on interactive product stations showcasing smart solutions such as NFC vending terminals. These multi-talented vending machine solutions boast integrated age verification, QR code scanning, shopping cart functionality, and PIN-on-glass—combining all the functions of the purchase process in a single device without the need for additional hardware.

Equally in focus were technologies for automated customer processing in brick-and-mortar retail. As one of the most experienced IT service providers, we were able to present practical solutions in the areas of customer frequency measurement, reception management, self-checkout, and pickup stations – and demonstrate how automated processes make retail more efficient and customer-friendly.

The direct exchange with POS experts and NFC developers offered practical insights into concrete application scenarios and reference examples. Following the technical program, a summer get-together with live music was held, providing an opportunity for networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
