Alois Madar
is CEO since October 2009 and responsible for Finance, Controlling, Customer Service and Logistics. For him customer orientation ranks first for a successful enterprise meaning that not only specifications and needs are implemented, but also thinking ahead in terms of new possibilities and solutions for the customer whilst staying focused on core competences and strengths.
Peter Schmidt
is member of the management board already since the beginning of April 2004 and in charge of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, Development as well as the development and sustainment of partnerships.

Karl Lukes
joined the company in 1983 and is familiar with electronic payments in Austria since the introduction of the card payment terminal in the year 1996. Karl Lukes manages the business division card payment terminals as well as Customer Care, Purchasing, Logistics and Production.
Gerhard Schusser
was for many years involved in the development of payment systems for credit and debit cards in Austria and participated in the development of the Austrian electronic purse payment system "Quick". As Product Development Manager he is in charge of the business division vending machine and self-service payment systems.
Christian Siegel
joined Inform in 2006 and manages the division Finance & Controlling.
